I have registered for and will be attending the USA Weightlifting National competition.
I am really looking forward to attending and meeting people I have not seen for a while and those I will be meeting for the first time.
In addition to being my first national competition, this will also be the 30th anniversary of Women’s Weightlifting in the US, at the National Championships level. The 1981 USA Weightlifting Nationals in Waterloo, Iowa had the first women’s division competition.
